A 10% service charge applies to all bookings of 10 or more guests and is distributed to our wait staff as a gratuity for their service. On Sundays and public holidays, a surcharge of $5 per person applies – except when the service charge is in effect.

Reservations Terms & Conditions
- Reservations
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Cinder.
- Table Holding Policy: On the day of your reservation, your table will be held for 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you within this time, your reservation may be released to our waitlist.
- Group Bookings:
- For groups of 4–16 guests, a credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure your booking.
- For groups of 16 or more, a set menu selection or pre-order is required, and a deposit amount will be agreed upon in advance.
- Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements as early as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
- Payment & Surcharges
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, as well as cash.
- Credit Card Surcharge: A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit and debit card payments.
- Public Holiday Surcharge: A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.
- Licensing
- Cinder is fully licensed. BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is not permitted.
- Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will incur a charge equal to the agreed minimum spend, or $1,500 for groups larger than 16 if no minimum spend was set.
- For bookings, the pre-authorised or deposited amount will be charged if you cancel, reduce your party size within 48 hours of the reservation, or fail to attend.
