A 10% service charge applies to all bookings of 11 or more guests and is distributed to our wait staff as a gratuity for their service. On Sundays and public holidays, a surcharge of $5 per person applies – except when the service charge is in effect.

At dinner, the French Brazilian One Michelin Star Chef, Raphael Rego, creates a daily-changing Tasting Menu called “Churrasco degustation” inspired by all the best products he receives every day, using the Brazilian wood fire.
A selection of tapas & condiments has been created to complement the variety of fire roasted meats, poultry, homemade sausages and seafood served from our custom made BBQ. The Churrasco items are spit roasted over seasoned iron bark to create an intense heat that imparts unique wood roasted perfumes. We add dry rub seasonings, fine herbs, brines, spice marinades and glazes to enhance flavour and tenderness.
